    When Hiring a contractor you should be checking the following (as a minimum):
    Are they insured?
    Do they carry at least 1 million dollars liability insurance?
    Do they carry Workman's Compensation for their employees?
    Do they use licensed trades (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC)?
